HW961 Trivalent Chromium Passivation Solution (Cr³⁺) — a RoHS-compliant, hexavalent-chromium-free surface treatment chemical for zinc-electroplated steel and zinc-alloy parts. Passes NSS 96h salt spray test. Available in self-lubricating (ZY961-1, friction < 0.15) and standard (ZY961-2) formulations. Used in automotive fasteners, electronics, and industrial hardware. EU RoHS & ELV Directive compliant. 6-month shelf life. PMT temperature 80–120°C.
