Withstands chloride environments up to 1,000 ppm. Service temperature -200 °C to 850 °C. Preferred for pharmaceutical API, marine filtration, food contact and chemical processing. FDA-compliant for food contact. 20% Cr / 25% Ni / 4.5% Mo / 1.5% Cu super-austenitic stainless steel with outstanding resistance to sulfuric, phosphoric and chloride attack. Service temperature -200 °C to 950 °C. Specified for aggressive chemical processing, seawater desalination and fertilizer plants. 22% Cr / 5% Ni / 3% Mo dual-phase microstructure with yield strength ≥450 MPa. Superior stress corrosion cracking and chloride pitting resistance. NACE MR0175 certified for sour service. Designed for mining, offshore and heavy-duty vibrating screen decks. 17% Cr / 9% Ni / Ti stabilized austenitic grade for service up to 870 °C with superior resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding. Used in high-temperature exhaust screening, hot gas filtration and heat-treatment workshop sieving. 16% Cr ferritic stainless steel with good atmospheric corrosion resistance. Best suited for indoor dry screening such as construction sand, aggregate grading and non-corrosive particle separation. Economy choice for low-demand environments. Standard supply form supplied on rolls up to 30 m length. Slit-to-width panels available from 100 mm to 3,000 mm. Stocked in 304, 316L and 904L across the full 3 – 635 mesh range. Suitable for OEM fabrication and downstream cutting. Standard 200 mm, 203 mm, 300 mm and 400 mm diameter test sieve with stainless steel rim. Conforms to ISO 3310-1 / ASTM E11 for laboratory particle size analysis. Optional matching sieve lid and receiver pan supplied as a set. Custom-cut discs, rectangles and formed elements from 20 mm to 1,200 mm, edge-welded or with stainless reinforcing rings. Used in inline strainers, centrifuge baskets and filter housings. Perforated plate backup available for high-pressure duty. Ore classification, aggregate grading, sand dewatering. 2205 duplex and 316L sieves for vibrating screen decks handling abrasive particles. Flour, sugar, milk powder, starch, spice sifting. 304 / 316L food-grade sieves with electrolytic polishing finish and FDA-compliant surface. API granulation, excipient screening, capsule powder classification. 316L micro-mesh with GMP-compliant surface finish and full traceability documentation. Catalyst recovery, resin screening, solvent filtration. 316L and 904L sieves for aggressive acid and chloride service. Pre-filtration, sludge dewatering, seawater intake screening. 316L corrosion-resistant mesh for continuous-duty operation. Particle size analysis, soil classification, powder characterization. Test sieve stack with ISO 3310 / ASTM E11 certified aperture tolerance. Raw material grading, glaze and frit screening. 316L and 321 sieves for high-temperature batch preparation. Lithium battery cathode and anode powder. Ultra-fine 200 – 400 mesh 316L sieves for ultrasonic screening equipment. Laser-verified aperture uniformity per batch. Tolerance within ±0.01 mm for meshes ≤200, ISO 9044 and ASTM E2016 compliant. Full traceability with 3.1 MTC, EN 10088-2 chemical composition and mechanical property reports included with every shipment. Custom mesh count, wire diameter, roll width up to 3 m, disc / panel / framed sieve fabrication, PTFE coating and chrome plating on request. Free samples in 7 days. Standard stock shipped within 48 hours. Custom orders: 7 – 15 days. Export experience covering 120+ countries. 304 has 18% Cr / 8% Ni for general screening with mild corrosion resistance. 316L adds 2% molybdenum for significantly better chloride, acid and saline resistance. Choose 316L for pharmaceutical, food, marine and chemical applications; 304 for cost-effective dry powder screening and aggregate classification. Coarse 3 – 10 mesh stainless steel sieve is specifically engineered for quarry, aggregate and mining pre-screening where particle size exceeds 1.6 mm. Heavy wire diameters (2.0 – 6.0 mm) and crimped weave patterns deliver the mechanical strength required for vibrating screen decks handling abrasive rock and ore. Plain weave suits general screening and coarse meshes up to about 200 mesh. Twill weave is preferred for fine meshes above 200 mesh running on high-frequency vibrating screens. Dutch weave (plain Dutch or twill Dutch) is used for 325 + mesh ultra-fine precision filtration where maximum strength and minimum open area are required. Standard sieve mesh rolls up to 3 m width ship within 48 hours from stock. Custom mesh counts, framed test sieves and formed filter elements typically require 7 – 15 working days depending on specification, material grade and quantity. Yes. Free samples are shipped within 7 days of confirmed request. Every stainless steel sieve shipment is accompanied by EN 10204 3.1 MTC, ISO 9044 and ASTM E2016 compliance documentation. Third-party testing (SGS, BV, TÜV) can be arranged on request. Rolls are wrapped in moisture-proof film and packed in woven bags or wooden crates. Cut panels, framed sieves and formed discs are individually separated by foam or kraft paper and packed in reinforced wooden cases. Container loading supervision and door-to-door logistics are available on request. Tell us your required mesh count, stainless steel grade, aperture, product form and application. Our engineers will recommend the optimal sieve configuration and ship a free sample within 7 days.Stainless Steel Sieve — Precision Screening From 3 Mesh to 635 Mesh
