Tri-Ply Clad Disc - Stainless Steel + Aluminum + Stainless Steel Cookware Blank

Tri-Ply Clad Disc — Stainless Steel + Aluminum + Stainless Steel Cookware Blank
MESCO tri-ply clad discs bond two outer layers of food-grade 304 stainless steel with a high-conductivity aluminum core, delivering even heat distribution, warp resistance, and lasting durability for premium cookware lines. Every layer — material grade and thickness — can be customized to your production requirements.
- Custom stainless steel grade, aluminum alloy, and per-layer thickness
- Induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen compatible
- FDA / LFGB / EU 1935/2004 food-contact compliant
- OEM / ODM ready for cookware brands and manufacturers
Three-Layer Clad Construction
Each clad disc is a metallurgically bonded sandwich of stainless steel and aluminum, giving cookware manufacturers the best of both metals: stainless steel for corrosion resistance and induction compatibility, aluminum for fast, even heat transfer.

Even Heat Distribution
The aluminum core spreads heat quickly across the whole surface, eliminating hot spots and preventing scorching.
All-Cooktop Ready
The magnetic 304 outer layer works on gas, electric, induction, ceramic, and halogen cooktops.
Food-Safe & Corrosion Resistant
Non-reactive 304 stainless steel is certified to FDA, LFGB, and EU 1935/2004 standards.
Built for Deep Drawing
Uniform grain structure and bond strength ensure clean forming on your production line.
Warp-Free Performance
Balanced SS-Al-SS construction resists warping even under commercial-kitchen heat.
Full OEM / ODM Support
You specify grade, thickness, and diameter — we clad it to your exact specification.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I customize the thickness of each layer?
Yes. You can independently specify the top stainless layer, the aluminum core, and the bottom stainless layer thickness.
Which stainless steel grades are available?
304 is standard. We also clad with 316, 316L, 430, and 443 to match your target market.
Are the discs induction-compatible?
Yes. The magnetic stainless steel outer layer works on all induction cooktops.
Do you provide samples before bulk orders?
Yes. Paid samples ship within 7–10 days and are refunded against your bulk order.
