Stainless Steel Sieve - Woven Wire Mesh for Industrial Screening
Our stainless steel sieve mesh is manufactured from high-grade stainless steel wire using precision weaving technology. Available in 304, 316L, 430 and 2205 duplex grades with 10 to 635 mesh (2000μm to 20μm aperture). Each batch is laser-verified for aperture uniformity and tensile strength, ensuring consistent particle separation across food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, mining, and water treatment applications. Choose from plain, twill, and Dutch weave patterns with custom wire diameters, roll widths up to 3m, and optional surface treatments including electrolytic polishing and PTFE coating. 10–635 mesh covering coarse pre-screening to ultra-fine 20μm precision filtration. 304, 316L, 430, 2205 grades to match corrosion, temperature, and strength requirements. Up to 3 meters wide with precision slitting tolerance of ±0.5mm. ISO 3310 & ASTM E11 compliant with full 3.1 MTC material certification. 18% Cr / 8% Ni general-purpose grade. Excellent oxidation and weak acid resistance. Temperature range: -200°C to 800°C. Ideal for food screening, water treatment, and dry powder classification. Most cost-effective option for non-corrosive environments. 16% Cr / 10% Ni / 2% Mo with enhanced pitting resistance. Withstands chloride environments up to 1000 ppm. Temperature range: -200°C to 850°C. Preferred for pharmaceutical API, marine filtration, and chemical processing. FDA-compliant for food contact. 16% Cr ferritic stainless steel with good atmospheric corrosion resistance. Best suited for indoor dry screening applications such as construction sand, aggregate grading, and non-corrosive particle separation. Economy choice for low-demand environments. 22% Cr / 5% Ni / 3% Mo dual-phase microstructure with yield strength ≥450 MPa. Superior stress corrosion cracking resistance. NACE MR0175 certified for sour service. Designed for mining, offshore, and high-chloride heavy-duty screening. Flour, sugar, milk powder, starch, spice sifting. 304/316L food-grade sieves with electrolytic polishing. API powder granulation, excipient screening. 316L micro-mesh with GMP-compliant surface finish. Catalyst recovery, resin screening, solvent filtration with 316L and Hastelloy options. Ore classification, sand grading. 2205 duplex high-tensile sieves for vibrating screen decks. Pre-filtration, sludge dewatering, seawater intake. 316L corrosion-resistant continuous-duty mesh. Lithium battery cathode/anode powder. Ultra-fine 200–400 mesh for ultrasonic screening. Laser-verified uniformity per batch. Tolerance within ±0.01mm for meshes ≤200. ISO 3310 & ASTM E11 compliant. Full traceability with 3.1 MTC, EN 10088-2 compliance. Chemical composition and mechanical property reports included. Custom mesh count, wire diameter, roll width up to 3m, disc/panel/framed fabrication, PTFE coating and chrome plating. Free samples in 7 days. Standard stock shipped within 48 hours. Custom orders: 7–15 days. Serving 120+ countries. 304 has 18% Cr / 8% Ni for general screening with mild corrosion resistance. 316L adds 2% molybdenum for significantly better chloride, acid, and saline resistance. Choose 316L for pharmaceutical, food, and marine applications; 304 for cost-effective dry powder screening. Select based on your target particle size. Coarse pre-screening: 10–40 mesh. Medium powder: 80–200 mesh. Fine pharmaceutical/battery powder: 200–400 mesh. Our engineers can recommend the optimal specification for your material. Plain weave for general screening and coarse meshes. Twill weave for fine meshes above 200 mesh and high-frequency vibration. Dutch weave for 325+ mesh ultra-fine precision filtration. Yes. Free samples are shipped within 7 days. Our stainless steel sieves come with 3.1 MTC, ISO 3310 and ASTM E11 compliance documentation. Third-party testing is available upon request. Tell us your required mesh count, stainless steel grade, aperture, and application. We will recommend the optimal sieve configuration and ship a free sample within 7 days.Stainless Steel Sieve — Precision Woven Wire Mesh
